Karos to acquire Goflux.

Synopsis

Karos, a European carpool platform, agreed to acquire Goflux, a German ride-sharing app. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to work with Karos and benefit from a proven AI-powered technology. Together we will transform the mobility market in Germany, France and other European countries," Wolfram Uerlich, Goflux Mobility Founder and CEO.
