Enerjisa Üretim to acquire Turkish subsidiaries of Enercon for $1.2bn deal.

Enerjisa Üretim, an energy generation company, agreed to acquire Turkish subsidiaries of Enercon, a wind energy company, for $1.2bn deal. "We are very pleased about the signing of this agreement.
