Duratec, an engineering, construction, and remediation contractor, agreed to acquire Wilson’s Pipe Fabrication, an onshore and offshore mechanical engineering services provider, for $11m. “Wilson’s Pipe Fabrication is a well-run business with strong growth prospects and a stable management team.
