Spring Media to merge with Hogmore.

Spring Media, an operator of sports media agency, agreed to merge with Hogmore, an international media rights company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see the Spring Media group as the ideal home for Hogmore. We are able to provide our football club partners a wider range of services with an OTT player and remote productions, enabling fully integrated service offerings and a leverage in the media rights distribution. We are looking forward to strengthening our market leading position in this niche together,” Bernie Riedlsperger, Hogmore Chairman.
