Isem completed the acquisition of Industrial Pack.

Isem, a manufacturer in Europe of rigid boxes, packaging and luxury boxes for perfumery, cosmetics and champagne, completed the acquisition of Industrial Pack, a company operating in the packaging market. Financial terms were not disclosed. The aim of Industrial Pack is to extend its business into the luxury segment.
