Liberyum Danismanlik Bilgi Teknolojileri Ticaret to acquire a Turkish subsidiary of Rabobank.

Liberyum Danismanlik Bilgi Teknolojileri Ticaret, agreed to acquire a Turkish subsidiary of Rabobank, a financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The intention to sell the Turkish subsidiary is in line with the group’s strategy to simplify and enhance the operating model whilst growing its Wholesale Banking activities. Moving forward, Rabobank Group remains committed to the food and agricultural sector and to its wholesale clients by serving them through our global network.
