PharmaLex  to merge with NeoHealthHub.

PharmaLex, a provider of specialised services for the pharma, biotech and MedTech industries worldwide, agreed  to merge with NeoHealthHub, a UK-based pharmaceutical and healthcare services consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The merger is a good strategic fit for NHH because we share similar values and corporate culture with PharmaLex, built on an entrepreneurial spirit.
