Andera Partners, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Senstronic, a global designer and manufacturer of high-performance detection solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We firmly believe that the partnership between Senstronic and Andera Partners will form a solid basis for continuing to support and create value for our clients, and will help us accelerate the Group’s development and grow our presence in Europe, the Americas and Asia,” Philippe Desnos, Senstronic CEO.
