Mubadala to acquire a minority stake in GlobalConnect from EQT.

Mubadala Investment Company, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in GlobalConnect, a fiber-based data communication and data center services provider, from EQT, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GlobalConnect is a perfect example of EQT Infrastructure’s strategy to back companies that provide essential services to society.
