Da Rold Logistics to merge with Cassol and Doge Logistics.

Da Rold Logistics, a logistics firm, agreed to merge with logistics firms Cassol and Doge Logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger will lead to extremely significant numbers: over 200 collaborators and employees, 110 owned vehicles, 90 forklifts, 6 operational centers (one in Padua, two in the province of Treviso and three in the Belluno area, in the capital, in Alpago and in Santa Giustina) and 46k m2 of warehouses. The registered office will be in Belluno, in via Vittorio Veneto, the operational base of the DRL.
