PurCann Pharma, a pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of cannabis assets of Neptune Wellness Solutions, a provider of nutraceuticals, legal cannabis & hemp products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to complete the divestiture of our cannabis business, a critical milestone in executing upon our strategy to become a leading CPG company.
