RLDatix to acquire Porzio Life Sciences from Porzio Bromberg & Newman.

RLDatix, a provider of healthcare operations software and services, agreed to acquire Porzio Life Sciences, a compliance solutions provider, from Porzio Bromberg & Newman, a law firm. Financial terms are not disclosed.
