The Engineered Stone Group, a European holding company in engineered stone products, agreed to acquire Resiblock, a provider of engineered stone and solid surface shower trays and washbasins. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We continue to see a significant opportunity to lead the material conversion to engineered stone over the long term.
