Ceder Capital to acquire a minority stake in Tradera.

Ceder Capital, a Swedish investment company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Tradera, a marketplace in Sweden focused on second-hand and used products. Financial terms were not disclosed. During this transaction, Ceder Capital acquired a minority stake and subscribed to all new shares in the rights issue. Tradera’s management team will remain as majority owners, in their operative roles. The new partnership will accelerate Tradera’s growth journey with increased financial strength and additional competence.
