TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund completed the investment in Verbrugge International.

TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, a global infrastructure investment firm, completed the investment in Verbrugge International, a Dutch bulk and breakbulk terminal operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are incredibly excited to make the Fund's first investment in sea ports in the Netherlands, and to invest in a company led by the Verbrugge family, who we view as a strategically aligned long-term owner and operator, given their long-term vision for the Company and more than 60 years of operating history.
