Sitowise to acquire Convia.

Sitowise, a specialist consulting company, agreed to acquire Convia, a provider of constructing consultant services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very happy that the Convia joins Sitowise Sweden. We have been searching for a strong market entry opportunity within infrastructure. Convia's capabilities will support us in taking a clear position in bridge and tunnel construction and maintenance, which will make us a true partner to the infrastructure sector in Sweden," Jonas Larsson, Sitowise Head of Swedish Operations.
