Percassi Group to acquire Kiko from Peninsula Capital.

Percassi Group, an Italian leader in the development and management of franchised commercial networks of major brands, agreed to acquire Kiko, an Italian professional cosmetics brand, from Peninsula Capital, an independent investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
