BTG Pactual to acquire a 49% stake in LLZ.

BTG Pactual, a Brazilian financial company, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in LLZ, a condominium fee collection and guarantee company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “BTG Pactual will bring greater robustness and solidity to the LLZ operation, in order to accelerate this growth, as it will start issuing guarantee insurance through its insurance company," Leonardo Felix, BTG Partner.
