CFE Finance to acquire a 60% stake in RiverRock European Capital Partners.

CFE Finance, a wealth management firm based in Luxembourg, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in RiverRock European Capital Partners, a European alternative investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are glad to have reached an agreement that is strategic for the growth of our business in Europe. Upon completion of the acquisition, we will immediately work with RiverRock's management team to develop the best synergies and bolster our respective market positioning," Mario Cordoni, CFE Finance CEO.
