Mubadala Capital completed the acquisition of TruFood Manufacturing from AUA Private Equity Partners.

Mubadala Capital, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of TruFood Manufacturing, a provider of snack food contract manufacturing services, from AUA Private Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
