ProductLife Group to acquire Zwiers Regulatory Consultancy.

ProductLife Group, a provider of regulatory compliance outsourcing services, agreed to acquire Zwiers Regulatory Consultancy, a provider of regulatory consultancy services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
