Scalar completed the acquisition of the valuation division of GuideCap Partners.

Scalar, an independent valuation firm for tax, financial reporting, transaction advisory, and litigation purposes, completed the acquisition of the valuation division of GuideCap Partners, a middle-market investment bank.
