Litorina-backed Layer Group completed the acquisition of Kaukomaalaus.

Litorina-backed Layer Group, a surface service provider in Sweden, completed the acquisition of Kaukomaalaus, one of the Finland's largest painting companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
