HNG Capital-backed Leader Energy to acquire Vinh Hao 6 Power from ACWA Power and FECON.

Synopsis

HNG Capital-backed Leader Energy, a firm operating in the power sector, agreed to acquire Vinh Hao 6 Power, a 50MW solar PV power project, from ACWA Power, a Saudi developer, investor and owner of power generation, water desalination and green hydrogen plants, and FECON, an infrastructure development firm.
