Rhode Island Medical Imaging to acquire XRA Medical Imaging.

Rhode Island Medical Imaging, a private radiology practice in the Ocean State, agreed to acquire XRA Medical Imaging, a provider of medical imaging services. Financial terms were not disclosed. XRA Medical Imaging has been providing Rhode Island with the best quality imaging services since 1969. Its service offerings include MRI, CT scan, X-Ray, Bone Density, Mammography and Ultrasound. The company offers state-of-the-art technology and equipment, along with a knowledgeable and friendly staff at its six outpatient locations throughout the state of Rhode Island.
