Miami International Holdings completed the acquisition of Dorman Trading.

Miami International Holdings, owner of Miami International Securities Exchange, MIAX PEARL, MIAX Emerald, Minneapolis Grain Exchange, and The Bermuda Stock Exchange completed the acquisition of Dorman Trading, a full-service Futures Commission Merchant company. Finanical terms were not disclosed.
