Infinite Computer Solutions, a global technology solution provider, agreed to acquire SIS unit and Costa Rica operations of Fiserv, an IT service management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Fiserv is pleased to partner with Infinite as they expand their operations in new and existing geographies.
