David Adelman to acquire a 10% stake in Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment from Michael Rubin.

David Adelman, Campus Apartments CEO, agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment, a sports and entertainment company that that owns and operates the Philadelphia 76ers, from Michael Rubin, Fanatics Chairman. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Excited to pass Sixers ownership to my brother David Adelman. I’ve known David for most of my adult life, not only is he an incredible leader and entrepreneur, but he lives for the city and the team - he literally bleeds 76ers and Philly," Michael Rubin.
