Energy Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in the US portfolio of Ørsted, an energy company, for $410m. “We are pleased to invest in this diverse portfolio of operating wind and solar assets, underpinned by long term investment grade cash flows in attractive markets.
