GTCR, a private equity firm-backed PPC Flexible Packaging, a provider of custom flexible packaging, completed the acquisition of Plastic Packaging Technologies, a provider of packaging solutions, from Mid Oaks Investments, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
