Dr.Max Group, a Central European private label manufacturer developing the full range of pharmaceutical products for Dr.Max Pharmacy chain, agreed to acquire Romanian pharmacy chain and distribution unit of Gedeon Richter, a Hungarian multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company.
