Epiroc to acquire Wain-Roy.

Epiroc, a productivity and sustainability partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, agreed to acquire Wain-Roy, a manufacturer of excavator attachments for the construction industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Wain-Roy is known for its high-quality products and competence. This acquisition will strengthen our presence in the North American construction market and increase our capacity for manufacturing advanced attachments in that region," Helena Hedblom, Epiroc President and CEO.
