MSC Mediterranean Shipping to acquire Rimorchiatori Mediterranei from Rimorchiatori Riuniti and DWS.

MSC Mediterranean Shipping, a provider of worldwide container shipping transportation services, agreed to acquire Rimorchiatori Mediterranei, an operator of the modern fleet in the harbor towage sector, from Rimorchiatori Riuniti, an international shipping provider, and DWS, a fiduciary infrastructure investment manager.
