Pizzium to acquire Crocca.

Pizzium, a food retail group, agreed to acquire Crocca, a restaurant chain specializing in the preparation of thin and crispy pizzas. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pizzium will not take over operation of the Crocca outlets following the merger, but will instead focus on maximising synergies between the two companies, which will maintain distinct and recognisable identities to increase their offerings and customer satisfaction.
