Stellex Capital Management and Mill Rock Capital-backed Grammer, a chemicals, industrial gases, and hazardous materials transportation and logistics firm, completed the acquisition of Logistics Management Resources, a provider of quality transportation management solutions to the chemicals, industrial gases, and related industries.
