MCH Private Equity-backed Logalty completed the acquisition of Firmaprofesional.

MCH Private Equity-backed Logalty, an operator of consulting company, completed the acquisition of Firmaprofesional, a provider of technology and certification service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are incorporating Firmaprofesional’s workforce into the Logalty Group to enhance our qualified electronic signature service, while branching out into new sectors and extending our geographic reach.
