Creek Road Miners completed the merger with Prairie Operating.

Creek Road Miners, a firn that develops and operates bitcoin mining scaled-up facilities using natural gas, completed the merger with Prairie Operating, a limited liability company formed for the purpose of acquiring and operating oil and gas properties. Members of Prairie will receive common stock of Creek Road and restricted performance-based options in the merger. Financial terms were not disclosed.
