Capvis to invest in AdEx Partners.

Capvis, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in AdEx Partners, a management consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our services are not limited to strategic questions or project planning; we remain involved during implementation and help to lead complex transformation programs to success. After building a significant DACH presence, our international blue-chip customers are now increasingly asking for support in other regions. Therefore, internationalization will be a cornerstone in AdEx Partners’ growth strategy for the next years," Stefan Rieder, AdEx Partners Managing Partner.
