Prayon, a company active in the phosphate industry, completed the acquisition of the phosphorus derivatives business of Arkema, a publicly listed, multi-national manufacturer of specialty materials, headquartered in Colombes. Financial terms were not disclosed. By joining Prayon, an industrial group specialized in phosphorus-based chemistry, the Febex teams will benefit from the Belgian group’s growth ambitions in this area.
