Mediq, a European wide provider of medical devices and care solutions, agreed to acquire DiaExpert, a diabetes specialist and mail order company for diabetes supplies in Germany, from Ypsomed, a firm engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of its own high-quality medical technology products.
