Mediq to acquire DiaExpert from Ypsomed.

Mediq, a European wide provider of medical devices and care solutions, agreed to acquire DiaExpert, a diabetes specialist and mail order company for diabetes supplies in Germany, from Ypsomed, a firm engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of its own high-quality medical technology products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of DiaExpert fits perfectly with our mission of delivering the right and the most efficient outcomes to European Healthcare by providing products, services, and solutions that are needed the most.
