Grupo Bimbo completed the acquisition of St Pierre Groupe from BGF.

Grupo Bimbo, a Mexican bakery firm, completed the acquisition of St Pierre Groupe, an operator of a European bakery with stores across the UK, USA and Europe, from BGF, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
