Kayne Energy Private Equity and 89 Energy III to form Land Run Minerals V.

Kayne Energy Private Equity, an energy private equity platform of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, and 89 Energy III, a private exploration and production company, agreed to form Land Run Minerals V, a private energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to add this mineral and royalty package to the Kayne Energy PE portfolio.
