MRI Software to acquire PropTech Group for $63m.

MRI Software, a property technology company, agreed to acquire PropTech Group, an online real estate technology business, for $63m. “This acquisition brings immediate value to our real estate agency clients in the region and represents a significant investment in the future of the real estate sector more broadly.
