Garda Sikring to acquire Puomitek.

Garda Sikring, a Norwegian road, construction, area and object security company, agreed to acquire Puomitek, a perimeter security solution provider in Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We want to continue expanding in Norway, but we also want to invest in completely new markets. Now we will initially start here in the Nordics, but eventually, we will also establish ourselves in other countries in Europe," Jon Ola Stokke, Garda Sikring CEO.
