Momentive Technologies, a provider of advanced materials, completed acquisition of crucibles business from CoorsTe, a manufacturer of technical ceramics, for $180m. “We are a world-leading manufacturer of high purity fused quartz and specialty ceramics for use in leading edge technology industries.
