SEE completed the acquisition of Liquibox from Olympus Partners for $1.15bn.

Sealed Air, a provider of food packaging products, completed the acquisition of Liquibox, a producer of bag-in-box packaging and related filling equipment systems, from Olympus Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, for $1.15bn. “Today is an exciting day for SEE as we welcome the global team at Liquibox.
