AMETEK completed the acquisition of Navitar and RTDS Technologies for $430m.

AMETEK, a diversified industrial conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Navitar, a designer and manufacturer of precision optics and imaging system components, and RTDS Technologies, an operator of a power simulation system company, for $430m.
