Qualifacts completed the acquisition of OnCall Health.

Qualifacts, a provider of a SaaS-based behavioral health record platform, completed the acquisition of OnCall Health, a developer of healthcare software, from Base10 Partners, Panache Ventures, Ripple Ventures and Stout Street.
