Synopsis

Sverica-backed Clarest Health, a provider of long-term care pharmacy services, agreed to acquire CSS Health, a provider of comprehensive medication management services, from HealthEdge Investment Partners, an operationally-oriented private equity fund, and 424 Capital, a growth capital partner.
