Walki Group, a provider of packaging materials, agreed to acquire Folian, a specialist for flexodruck printing on thin film plastic and paper webs and laminating for packaging solutions primarily for the food and animal feed industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition we continue to implement our value chain expansion strategy and to strengthen our presence in the prominent Central European market.
